With a human I'd be ready to fight while with the weird cannibal the appeareance would freak me out and take time to adapt which can get me kill easier. So the human if its hand to hand.

2021-09-29 02:30:53 +0000 UTCI mean, normal intelligence doesn't really translate into a fight, maybe some extreme intelligence of human anatomy but that aside; The cannibal has "kill and eat" on his mind, that simple bloodlust is a way more effective combat mindset than a "normal" thinking person.
