Supergirl 6x9 - Poll!

It's alright. It's not one of my most appreciated things this season, but it's fine, I guess. I really wish Mehcad Brooks could come back as Jimmy before the show ends. Even if it's only for an episode, I'd still like it a lot.

Everyone in the Arrowverse having to become a super hero has always felt a bit ridiculous to me. I also don't get why they'd make another potential focus distractor from Kara in the last season of the show.

It feels like Power Rangers. I hope next year a Japanese show called super lady comes out that uses every action shot of one of the heroes in a helmet.

It's my main gripe with the Arrowverse formula, yet another character to draw attention away from our lead. Seems like a strange decision to make in a final season of a show.

I don’t need everyone to be a superhero. I feel like it’s adding onto the team for a role that’s unnecessary

No real issues but please don't have her already trained and fighting by next week make it believable that she can now fight after some time of training.

I like it and feel like it can bring a new element to the show. But also they didn’t have to make her guardian I feel like they could have just of had her trying to make change the normal way. But I am not to mad at this.

I think it's fine, I might like to see her change the outfit and name to some degree though. Like when that kid called her a Guardian Angel I thought that would be a good name for her to use.

I would of been fine with it if it was Jimmy gave her the guardian mantle personally but with the actor being unavailable it feels more like the show wants to still kelly involved in the fight scenes so they just give her a costume

That’s something I noticed with the arrowverse in general. They don’t really know what to do with characters if they’re not directly involved with crime fighting in the show. It’s way more obvious on the Flash than the others. Like, forget Iris having her own storyline that is very well thought out and fits for her character, let’s just find something for her to do in STAR labs. And it happened with James here. He didn’t work as Kara’s love interest so they spent the next 4 seasons trying to find something for him to do even if they didn’t make sense.

Maybe its foreshadowing the fact that some of the superheroes won't be around by the end of the season.

I don’t think that in order to be relevant every character needs a suit and a nickname.
