I'd love to see a reaction to The Count of Monte Cristo from 2002. Also directed by Kevin Reynolds and a well made swashbuckler. It's definitely a very simplified version of the source material, but really enjoyable in its own right. EDIT: Also features Michael Wincott, who played Guy of Gisbourne and, as someone else mentioned, he's in The Three Musketeers to boot.

You guys don't need to do a reaction, but I strongly recommend checking out the director's cut. It's not necessarily superior, but it does flesh out a few stories more. Minor spoilers below: - Friar Tuck's bigotry towards Azeem is established earlier. The scene with Azeem and the little girl continues with Tuck getting between the two and he says something along the lines of: "Don't you poison this innocent with your heathen ways!" Then he carries the girl off. - The Sheriff is very much a devil-worshipper (but more for power than true devotion). Mortiana the witch, who raised him, told him that his parents' dying wish was that she instruct him in the ways of satanic worship. It is later revealed that Mortiana lied: She is in fact the Sheriff's real mother. She killed a noble lord's child and replaced him with her own so he could grow up in a position of power (I believe the lord and his wife died suddenly when their son was a baby, so she was able to get away with the swap). - Many of the lords we see get robbed by the merry men throughout the movie are revealed in a deleted scene to also be a part of the sheriff's kabal of devil worshippers. In that scene we also get an introduction the the Celtic chieftain whom we later see leading the raid on Sherwood. Those are the ones I can remember off the top of my head, but I'm sure there are more.

episode 11 should be car trouble. i have the original dvds so i dont know how dc/wb is putting the episodes in order. confused!

Loving the Robin Hood POT reaction! You 100% need to react to the 1993 "Brat Pack" remake of The Three Musketeers with Kiefer Sutherland, Charlie Sheen, Chris O'Donnell, etc. The actor who played Guy of Gisbourne (Michael Wincott) has a large role in that movie too.
