Season 7 only had like 2-3 good episode and the rest were average or just bad

Jason Usher

7. This entire season it seems like the writers have consistently chosen the most convoluted to do everything. Ralph can change his face but lets stick him in a tin hat instead. We could have Nash's death mean something and bring back the speed force but lets have him fail and bring it back with love instead. We could have a cool story where the Forces are at war but lets make them all weirdly act like a literal family and noone is a bad guy instead. Godspeed could be a cool speedster villain but lets have him make weird clones, shoot beams from his pecs, and pick up the story we started with him in 2 seasons ago instead. Really frustrating and so was the constant villains changing their minds for no reason thing.

William Tanner

I feel like Flash had the highest highs of the Arrowverse with season 1/2 but from 4 onwards it has been the lowest lows Culminating at 7 which was so poor imo it made 90s power rangers look like the godfather

Jack Kelly

This current season is definitely it for me. U love the show but I felt alot of this season was a little convoluted and I really felt NOTHING during the whole Forces arc. I liked Fuerza at first but bringing them all together to fight S.F.N was just blah. Godspeed are was alright but I was just happy to see J.P.K back

Zaddeus Smith

Some people voted for season 1 ???!! Seriously ??! What was wrong with it ?

I definitely don’t think this season is the worst. I’d rather have something be so bad that you can at least laugh at how bad it is than something that’s technically not bad but is just so unbelievably boring. I can at least say I enjoyed the forces arc because no matter how ridiculous it got I was still able to enjoy some of it whether it was just laughing at how ridiculous it is or finding Eric cringing at the family stuff hilarious. But with the mirror mistress stuff and even some of the thinker stuff I just could not stand how boring it got.

Joshua Krienke

I fell off of this show after season 6. I tried watching certain scenes in season 7 on YouTube, nope. Can't do it anymore

Anthia Grant

Cicada dragged on for so dang long, so it got my vote. But its followed closely by the Forces because it was awkward as hell.

Rae

Eric is absolutely right in my opinion, this last season is the absolute worst out of all. Its completely all over the place and without actual substance. Cicada was not half as stupid as the weird never ending family motive.. And I NEVER want to see anything Chillblane ever again, please Lord I begg.

Julia 🍌

Cicada because it lasted way too long and got dull by episode 15 of the season

Gian-GianThaDon

I genuinely was lost for the most part during this current season. Maybe it was because of covid but it all felt so rushed, and the problems they had were just so random. Like they were pulling ideas from a hat

Reiddd

Cicada was worse for me than the season 7 villains because I know the actor had potential and writers squandered it. When he was just Orlin, I actually appreciated Chris Klein's performance with his niece. His initial character motivation made sense but he became such a parody with that deep voice and overacting. Then we had She-Cada, which is a whole other terrible character.

Robert English

I found watching season 7 to be a chore at times watching it just to watch it. It’s bad when you find yourself relieved the weeks it was on break

LastHierarch

people don't seem to like the story

Almost everything about season 7 was meandering, poorly written and just frankly weird

Oliver Plate

Season 7. Discounting the first 3 episodes (Season 6's true finale), and the last 4 (but not Bart, my god is he just the worst character the show has produced), the entire season was slow, uninteresting, and based off of comic lore that's barely a year old, it was basically doomed from the beginning.

Scott Hadden Jnr

Godspeed is definitely coming back lol he is just in iron heights right now but he will probably escape or be part of a story arc in the future

Yassine Biggie

Cicada was in my opinion so much worse then season 7. If you put the 'family'-part aside it is even decent. Especially keeping the covid-stuff in the mind

Flashback007

Season 5 because it made me hate the cast. Barry unlearn his lessons about time travel and newcomers. And even when Barry was right or making sense the team would get mad at him. And the villain not a threat and had boring motivations.

Doby Greg

Season 7 made me want to gouge my own eyes out at times. Thawne returning was the highlight for me at least at the end of this poor season.

Reddevilman77

As with all CW shows it just got worse and worse as it went on. First 3 seasons were really good, then it starts to drop off, fast. By the latter seasons you wonder how this rubbish is still on the air.

Does anyone remeber when godspeed pointed at a building when he couldn't remeber and said that this place is important.....is that just not coming back!?!?!?!?

Kaleb A. Diaz

Last 2 seasons of Flash legit made me question why this shows even on air still and not been cancelled its that bad in season 7 lol really makes you appreciate the first few seasons that were actually really good

MustacheKash

didnt really like the last two seasons BUT season six was at least watchable. this season was TORTURE and a CHORE to get through each episode. honestly if you werent doing reactions i wouldnt watch. heck half the time im just using it as background noise as i read my comics or play afk arena

rickie woodson

i pressed season one by mistake…. no flame session please

Kel’s World

We’ve been saying “let’s hope season __ is better” with the Flash since S3.. 😔

Zee

Right lol that’s how you know

Zee

Disclaimer: I just reread the question and saw that it says the least favorite season and not least favorite villain. 7 is definitely my least favorite season. But I stand by what I said about Cicada. I can’t stand the dude

Bejo

Some people just randomly vote on polls. Others probably haven’t read the question and thought they were voting on the best season

Bejo

Definitely Cicada. I realized that I only liked the parts of season 5 that were pertaining to Nora’s story arc. Everything else was boring. Especially Cicada. It’s like if a villain of the week was stretched to an entire season

Bejo

I stopped watching at the beginning of Season 6. I just lost all interest.

Ivan

Season 7 had a lot of problems and a lot of things it had to work through, but even accounting for that, the basic writing took such a drop in quality, that even the simple character interactions were a chore to watch.

ScarlettMi

S1, 2, & 3 were great, hands down. S4 was pretty good. S5 was alright. S6 was definitely not the greatest season, close to S7. S7 was way worse than S6. And although I really enjoyed the last story arc, especially the finale, I just wasn't really feeling it, as an overall season. To sum up, Season 7 is my least favorite.

MarkIsDaBoss

Season 7, because it didn't feel like The Flash at all.

Crystal Squirrel

Who voted for seasons 1-3

Prince of Za Waurdo Over Salmon

how ironic is it that the two worst seasons (5 and 7) realized they were bad so they had to shove in reverse flash into the finale

Deadpool

Although I don’t think any season after season 3 has been good (season 2 really tbh), if I were to pinpoint a season for being the turning point for the show it would be season 4. They started to show signs that they were running out of ideas to keep the audience engaged for the entire season. That’s when the villains started to feel artificially threatening.

Sparda123

Season 5 made me stop watching with Cicada flying away after every fight. Do not even get me started with the Actor talking with the weird villain voice, even when out of costume...

Laggy

Flash talks down enemies all the time in the comics.

Darth Kal-El (Cory Weston)

No they haven’t. Season 4 was ok. But the show runner shake up mid season effected the 2nd half. Season 5 was good expect the villain. Season 6 was decent but got cut short because of Covid. Season 7 was a solid season overall but covid and having a shorter episode count and having to finish off the last 3 episodes season 6 tacked to the beginning

Darth Kal-El (Cory Weston)

Show runner has confirmed Godspeed would be back.

Darth Kal-El (Cory Weston)

The season were they taking the Fast & Furious lines

Joel

Season 7, because..... fucking family and talk down enemies.

I'm not a fan of the split season villains, I'd like to get to know them better and for me last season's two were weaker than this season's.

Kevin Bartelen

They've all been bad after Season 3. The whole show peaked with Savitar. Bloodwork was interesting, and had promise, but failed to payoff since he wasn't the main villain. I haven't even watched this current season after they get Iris out of the Mirrorverse. I just don't care, which is something I never thought I'd say about the Flash.

Darth Skhorrn

I'd say easily 4 because it's the season that made me stop watching The Flash. I used to love this show.

KevinFromNewYork

Season 7 just felt cheap 2 me in every area, wrighting, effects, I don't know how much I can blame covid cause superman and lois was amazing and that was made at the same time as well, lets hope season 8 is better

Kaleb A. Diaz

I say season 7 I felt it dragged until the godspeed arc nothing really clicked the second part of the mirror mistress arc and the force family was very lackluster. While season 4 and 5 was bad because of main villain there was still entertaining moments season 7 had bad story lines and rarely had any flash stuff in it.

spencer

Season 7 easily. The Forces arc was awful and genuinely unwatchable to me and the Godspeed arc was really disappointing and needed more time. Never was as big of a fan of Godspeed in the comics, but I think the show really missed a huge opportunity with making him really interesting but instead turned him into a Power Ranger level villain who yelled every line in an over the top fashion. The Forces arc was the first time in the entire show where I felt like I genuinely could not sit through another moment and nearly made me quit altogether.

He was Godspeed.

Darth Kal-El (Cory Weston)

Worse arrowverse season is and will always be Arrow season 4.

Darth Kal-El (Cory Weston)

Then why are you here and you are missing out.

Darth Kal-El (Cory Weston)

Nothing you said is true.

Darth Kal-El (Cory Weston)

Godspeed was so whiny

I just dislike the season 5 suit, the entire season is so forgettable and the crossover was fun but not that great.

Tom From That One Thing

That’s not remotely true.

Darth Kal-El (Cory Weston)

Season 4 is where I finally got fed up with all the CW drama, so I've gotta say Season 4.

Seefah

I ended up liking the Godspeed (and ACTUAL family) portions of Season 7. However, when I prefer Batwoman to parts of The Flash, there are writing issues.

SonOfDarkHelmet

The fact that we need to have this discussion is distressing

Michael

It was originally season 5 for me. I didn’t think the show could get any worse but this season somehow proved me wrong. This might just be the worst Arrowverse season yet. At least crap like Arrow season 4, Batwoman season 1 and Legends of Tomorrow season 4 had things to like about it. There was absolutely nothing about this season that was good because it felt like the writers weren’t even trying at this point.

DAMN a least favourite poll never thought I'd see the day

Dip602

Never watched past season 3 so I dont know

Stig_Ove

Season 7 has stuff I dislike the most but this final arc was enough to put it above S5

Season 7 was real bad. Not a single great episode. A bunch of filler, and then when we got non-filler stuff it was unexciting and tamer than the episodes before it at best. The Flash is officially at the point where it cannot be redeemed as a show in my eyes.

Bryan Ayuso

It was season 3, but now now my least favorite season is 7. The writers really need to structure their storylines better.

Jjop017

That never happened.

Darth Kal-El (Cory Weston)

honestly every season past 2 were awful

Joaquin Fernandez

Season 7. While I actually enjoyed seeing Nora again and being introduced to Bart, most of this season has been a wash for me. It’s difficult because I know The Flash and Superman & Lois are completely different in terms of budget and writers, but the latter makes The Flash look terrible, especially since they confirmed it’s the same universe with Diggle. IMO they need to bring some new writers who genuinely care about The Flash as a comic character and return to their roots more. I get The Flash is all about family - especially this season - but why not have Barry on his own for an arc? Have him shine as an individual.

John M

Never seen it, but I think I saw a clip where 2 dudes in white suits are having some terribly edited fight on a car hood? Whichever season that was...
