Do you think the injuries Crosshair sustained effects his inhibitor chip at all?

I choose yes because I see the chip being fused to him now and he can’t get it out now.

Joseph McNerny

I chose yes (it will affect his chip) because I would love the twist that Crosshair continues to go against the Bad Batch despite his chip no longer forcing him to do so.

Keyvon Washington

Correct me of im wrong ..I know he can't help it , But does it seems like Crosshairs enjoys what he's doing post order66? And if his injuries seem really bad , could he be the first deathtrooper prototype ?

Ash Thomas

What if we find out that Crosshair never had a chip?

Jeffersonia

I’m not even sure the chip had that much of an effect on him in the first place, he seems like he is aware enough of the situation to a point where he is backing the empire without the inhibitors influence, I think it’s more likely that this is just the way crosshair is as a person at this point.

I feel like this will be a bit of a reverse-wrecker effect. He will continue being injured more until eventually, his chip will be impossible to remove properly.

BratPfanneTV

The chips aren't easily broken. There was 1 deffected chip in tup out of the millions of clones. How many clones have been knocked on the head or burned or who knows what else. Id say it's just a character development for crosshair. And I'd he does get his chip removed, It'll be a reminder of his past and the terrors he did for the empire.

Jared Staley

I think the only effect it had is that it is permanent in his brain

spencer

Nah, pretty sure they're just giving him some dope bad guy scars

Wolf6120

I honestly think that only made him want to get even with the current Bad Batch or Hunter in particular.

RedWolfe131

No, fuck no, fuck you!!!!!

Josh Bornman

Don't know why but he reminded me of Cobra from the 1st G.I. Joe movie, but to answer the question no.

Joel

I think it’s now infused within his brain and there is no way to take it out without killing him

i don’t think so but wouldn’t be surprised if someone is able to remove/alter the chip back on Kamino while he’s in the medical facility getting these wounds worked on.

Will Schaaf

His injuries seem to be external so I don’t think it effected the chip

Christian Bolda

Gotta say yes - two reasons: A) Like Eric said, why have it happen if not for narrative purposes? 2) That purpose is likely to be something that firmly and completely puts him under the control of the Empire. Same as with Clone Wars, I don't see this show having a "happy ending" except, perhaps, for Omega.

Coeus

Yes but this will make him want to remove it but afterwards he'll still want to serve the empire

Dip602

He's our villain so no.

Doby Greg

It would be dope if it did but he still supports the Empire anyway.

No, Mostly because he still wanted to kill/get The Bad Batch after he was all burnt and injured to all hell.

Daviasio .

The damage looked more external than internal to me. Unless maybe the chip was heated and melted in his head or something

Dr. Bobcat

I think i remember Dengar appearing in an arc of the clone wars. the one with Boba and the Bounty Hunters.

Lukas

No but I think his eyesight is gonna be too messed up for the empire to keep him anymore. Idk about whatll happen after that

I was getting major Dengar vibes with the way Crosshair was wrapped with bandages. Not sure what the current canon back story on Dengar is, but perhaps Crosshair eventually becomes Dengar.

High Priestess Darth Sioux

I don't think so since he still seemed pretty hellbent on getting the team

Ivan B

I don’t think so but I hope so because I want crosshair back on our side. It would be really tooching if we got a reunion. A good reunion unlike this episode.

Joshua Krienke

I don’t think it’ll be enough to stop his programming but it might give him a moment of freedom that shows the Bad Batch that he can still be saved

SWPlagueis

I don't think so i think it'll just give him a scarred look. I got a lot of Vader vibes when he was being given treatment
