It could have been a persona somehow unlocked by the sage force. Also I think she might turn into the new Psycho Pirate, that was my first thought when I saw tbe mask

I do not believe it is related to the sage force vision but more just her power getting stronger. The sage force stuff might have added to the paranoia and speed up the process of this happening, but I believe it was going to happen inevitably. Mind powers seem to make people go crazy at some point.

It's very much possible, but I'm not so sure. I mean, the lightning she got hit with is obviously the only thing that could've done whatever this is to her, but I don't know. There's something about this that rests uneasy with me. Meh, I'll just ignore my gut and say it is related to it. Who knows, maybe this is the second arc of this season?

Its because her powers are becoming stronger and we will learn Top (the rogue) had a similar experience and her evil side took over.
