Doctor Who - 13x0 - New Years Special - Poll!

Definitely in Doctor Who since Torchwood will probably never come back. I also don't really want it to come back if it means not having the characters from Big Finish's Torchwood Series 5 and 6 who are really good and whose stories aren't over yet. Also there isn't anyone to be a show runner for Torchwood right now: Chibnall struggles enough with just Doctor Who and RTD won't be interested anymore and is doing his own projects.

As it was told yesterday, I so not see those two characters in Torchwood. Doctor Who is more family friendly show, and Torchwood was just dark and violent. Can't picture Graham in this atmosfere. For me, they could appear from time to time in Doctor Who series as guests. It would make more logic. But its the companion role just to go away at some point to make a place for new ones. They come an go in similar way to Doctor. So waiting for new companion that was already introduced by BBC :).

While I'd be totally on board with a new spin off/Torchwood revival that brings back lots of old characters I'd be equally happy with Doctor Who just not totally forgetting about so many of it's old supporting characters who are still out there and could show up from time to time. That's something I liked about RTD's era, it never felt like even quite minor supporting players got forgotten throughout his whole run. Even if Moffat wanted a fresh start in his era and to forget RTD's characters for the most part, it's disappointing he seemed to let his *own* characters fade away over time as well, most notably the Paternoster gang who just abruptly stopped appearing and never got any kind of send off.

Definitely torchwood. It can do things dr who just can’t and it was a nice change of pace to see characters in a more adult environment. Also John barrowman just shines post watershed.

I don't feel that I need anything more from Graham and Ryan, but I'd love to see Jack and Gwen in anything at all.

I don’t need to spread characters far and wide across multiple shows right now. Maybe some Bug Finish stuff but that’s it. I enjoy the simplicity of characters staying within one show and seeing them reconnect with Yaz and the Doctor further down the line.

I would love a Torchwood revival. I generally prefer for Doctor Who itself to keep moving forward, keep changing while we visit new places with new characters, so if we were to have more Jack and/or Gwen I would prefer that to be in a separate show if that's an option.

Graham & Ryan not strong enough characters to have their own show. In my opinion

Blind Wave, you should react to the Star Wars: Rebels Shorts. They're on Disney+. They were released prior to and take place before the series itself in the timeline. Please. Sorry, I didn't know where else to post this.

I just can't wish for even more people showing up on Doctor Who. With the reduction in companions, maybe we can actually focus on the Doctor's journey. I adore this show, but I'm content to say goodbye to Ryan and Graham. Though if we just popped in on them like early days Jackie and Mickey, I'd be okay with that. But I really want to see Gwen and Jack and all of that, so I'd prefer them do a Torchwood special.
