I think we will see him again maybe this could be a rebellion brewing in hell possibly that would be my only guess, but who knows excited to find out.

I don't think so. The ending scene with him just felt like he was going against Rowena's orders, but I'm not sure how that could play into the overarching plot.

Zack and other crossroads demons like him could wind up working with the Winchesters in their fight against God. They may be swayed by the idea of a universe with no hierarchy or rules where they can run wild. That, or Rowena will send him as an intermediary to help the boys

I say yes. My theory is that Zack is taking out his frustrations on the new system under Rowena on people like Sylvia. We may see him trying to usurp/undermine Rowena's position as queen of hell.

For sure. There's gotta be a reason as to why he was in the car with that girl at the end. He could have a plan, or he could be working for Billie or Chuck, but I'm very curious to see how his role pans out.
