I think May is primarily being May. All she might remember is that Coulson is evil and now she sees him working together with SHIELD plus I don't recollect her meeting Enoch, so she might see him as the enemy, since he's a thingy.

Unrelated to the poll, but I subscribe to Aaron’s theory about the timelines. It fixes everything. They traveled to the future. Then, Fitz froze himself to the future. They go back in time to the alternate universe via one of the wrong entries created in Endgame. They now have a new, unfrozen, and alternate Fitz with them for S6/S7 after OG Fitz dies in said new timeline in S5 while alternate versions of themselves travel to the future yet again, leaving the new timeline to be lived in by them. It all checks out.

 So then, they go through everything in the next two seasons here, and hopefully get back to their own timeline soon. If they do this, the cool stuff we could see again is very exciting. Think about it. This would mean characters who are dead are out there somewhere still, in a world messed up by Thanos’s snap. Talbot, Hale, Ruby, Von Strucker, Absorbing Man, The Superior and Gravitonium are all still around presumably, albeit in different ways.

 Also, if this theory holds true, then we’ve had an alternate Piper and Davis with us for S5-S7, meaning we can assume the OG Piper and Davis would be back in the OG timeline as well. I hope this is all true.
