Crisis on Infinte Earths Poll!

Which CW Crossover has been your favorite so far?

Comments

Even though I think overall the crossover was alright storywise, I'd have to say Crisis on Infinite Earths. Seeing Tom Welling, Brandon Routh as Superman, their own little Justice League and EZRA FREAKING MILLER filled me with lots of giddy childish excitement that I haven't felt since Endgame.

Crisis on Earth X just had so many things at stake. RIP Professor Stein. Also loved the wedding, captain cold, the set up with Nora. aaaaaagh so many things!

Light667

Crisis on infinite earths based on cameos. I was constantly surprised and delighted

I voted elseworlds just becuase it was such a nice change of pace. You didn't need all the background info to enjoy it, you could just take those 3 episodes and know everything that you need to know. Plus it was just so much fun.

I Voted Crisis on Earth X. Earth X had a better overall story but Infinte earths had way better cameos and showing of the DC world and lore. I just hated that we had to wait a month for the last part because it took me out of the story

Ricardo Buis

I like arrow vs flash it was the first time ever for a crossover. It was a simple story.

Chase Gardner

“You’re going to run at me and you’re gonna get hit with an arrow”

Gavin Hardiman

Crisis on infinite earths because of the cameos and the ending of era with Oliver dying.

Infinite Earths had some great cameos and easter eggs but overall it felt lackluster for an ending to Green Arrow.

Ashgar77

Flash vs Arrow just because it was the crossover that started it all and I loved the idea of a bigger and better Arrowverse it brought a feeling of infinite possibilities for the future!!

Javier Linares

Infinite Earths was enjoyable but felt very slapdash to me, probably because I haven't kept up with the mainline shows. Plot developments seemed to come out of nowhere, like Spectre for instance, that was real random. Overall I definitely enjoyed Earth X way more.

Carlos

Crisis on Earth X was really cool and I enjoyed their action sequence a lot more. Crisis on Infinite Earths however, had the best cameo appearances. I still can't get over Ezra Miller and Grant Gustin. That was hype overload! Oh the infinite possibilities 🤗🤗

Anthia Grant

CRISIS ON Earth X seem like a movie, Plus it had more action in it.. Crisis on Inifite Earth was boring in the first 3 epsiodes.. Kara and Kate are discuss if Kara should book and saying I have no hope.. Plus I personally believe that Argo City should not have return.. Because the main death we gotten on the show was Oliver.. and I hate at end at memorial why wasn't Team Arrow invite to pay tribute to their fallen leader..

Crisis on Earth X for all around greatness and Nazis, but COIE did have some high points and cameos that would probably make it my 2nd place.

Brady

Crisis on Earth-X can't be topped, but COIE is very close

Kali Mbata

So much hype, my favorite part had to be the last episode, Aaron "Ha ha no Beebo" and then 5 minutes later he showed up!

Sgala5

Crisis on Infinite Earths almost felt like a finale to the Flash and all other Arrowverse shows as well, and that JL ending almost made me wish it was only because they can never truly capitalize on that moment due to property restrictions. For that perfect ending feeling, it has my vote.

Jerry Multiverse

I loved earth x one it was sooo good . Second favorite was infinite earths because of the Lucifer cameo . Not gonna lie lol

Young Sandwich

Earth X gets my vote. Crisis was a lot of fun, and I enjoyed it, but it didn't quite satisfy me as much as Earth X did.

Dylan Carpenter

Crisis On Infinite Earths definitely. The stakes were so much higher in this one.

Ryan O'Malley

You forgot one. The Flash Supergirl crossover. The one where they fought Silver Banshee and Livewire. The crossover that ended with Flash and Supergirl racing. Infinite Earths is still my favorite.

k9commander

For my personally it has to be Crisis on Earth X, with Crisis on infinite earths as a close second. While it didn't had so much effect on the universe as CoIE, CoEX had more action and more smaller character triumphs, like Rays entry for example. But now that we have a new Multiverse, we maybe got a new Earth X and we could do a Crisis on Earth X II:The return of the nazis with a nazi Firestorm.

All of the fan service for Crisis made it my favorite. Light on story, but heavy on stakes. And I never thought I would actually see Ezra and Grant's Flashes meet outside of fan-made trailers. But I will say, Earth-X had the best end fight of any crossover.

Darth Skhorrn

For me it's Crisis on Earth X. The idea of Evil Nazi Ollie and Supergirl is the kind of pure (yet sinister) fun you'd expect on Legends. Crisis on Infinite Earths was great, but unfortunately I just felt like there was SO much more they could have done and felt almost a little let down at how little they went for it. Though that's mostly my own expectations.

HalGLC

I love that there is more support for “Duet” than Heroes Join Forces... Vandal Savage is the worst

Brian Barnes

For me Crisis on Earth X is the best. It has the best action, great emotional moments, great spin on characters and handles it's story the best in my opinion. Infinite earths was cool, but at times felt like, "Oh look at this, and look at this, look who we managed to put in the episode this time for no reason". Which hurt the overall story for me.

Ethan Prendergast

Crisis on Earth-X 100% While all of the fan-service and cameos in Crisis on Infinite Earths was fantastic, tons of our favorite characters disappeared for no reason or didn't show up (reverse flash for instance). The biggest problem for me was that the fight scenes were extremely underwhelming especially compared to the ones from Crisis on Earth-X. And as much as it pains me, i teared up more when Stein died then when Oliver died the first time because of how underwhelming it was (I figured that he would come back somehow because the fan uproar at that death would have been tremendous). And then his real death was just CGI laser fight and explosion. I expected/hoped for Oliver to go out like the badass he is and instead was severely disappointed.

Fallen

crisis this year with earth-x as a close second

I'll say I definitely enjoyed crisis on infinite earths but like idk, like where was Cisco at, why didn't he help make the device with ray and wells, too, like why have they basically written out Wally, he is in none of the episodes, where is Reverse flash he literally said see you at the next crisis and the news, their is a lot of lead up to him being there, why is the Hall of justice so bland, I feel like they could have put more effort into the design, also there was a huge missed opportunity, "bat of the future" Literally Batman beyond Terry McGinnis, with old man Bruce working the computer would have been the coolest shit, and god the overall oh I murdered them all Batman just kinda irritated me, and reminded me of the bad taste Zach Snyder left in my mouth by saying Batman totally kills people all the time, which yes I will say Bruce has probably made indirect deaths on accident, but never like on purpose literally his one rule is no killing, I guess I have some caged anger due to the state of the DC movies and crisis have so big plot problems, like I get it you can't get every character in there but like give a reason, like Cisco on the last half but disappeared, and they made it sound like thawn was gonna be there, like oof I'm gonna stop ranting now

Crisis On Infinite Earths for me has been the best. The cameos for sure are apart of that. But for me it’s the history of these characters and the pay off at the end of having the earths merged that did it. It’s something that a lot of us have been wanting to see for such a long time and they did it. The universe these shows exist in is never going to be the same. I never had that feeling with any other crossover. Yes others had consequences. Elseworlds with Oliver’s deal with the monitory and the introduction of Batwoman. Earth-X with the death of Stein. But none had the universe changing event that this one did. And we still have a multiverse we can explore going forward. And will probably see crossover with Stargirl at some point.

Darth Kal-El (Cory Weston)

100% completely and utterly disagree.

Darth Kal-El (Cory Weston)

Crisis on Infinite Earth is definetly iconic but Crisis on Earth X had so many moments and epic fights. For me, nothing has topped the Heroes vs. Nazi's fight in the Earth X crossover.

Cy Ndaba

Have to pick Crisis. I am a fan and I have been serviced beyond imagination

Zest in the World

Most people will vote Infinite Earths for all the cameos

Brady

I'll pick Heros join forces only because nobody else is picking that one and they an Avengers Ultron reference

Cristian1818

Endgame was the best crossover...Wait wrong universe

Deadpool

In terms of fanservice, Elseworlds and COIE. But in terms of story and character moments, Crisis on Earth-X. It was a big event against an interesting threat with faces that stand out (instead of generic aliens and demons) and the crossover used its time very well. Oliver's death was sad but Martin Stein's hit a lot more.

Definitely not this one. Earth X was definitely the best. This one had a lot of cool cameos, but the story was extremely underwhelming for what we were told we were being led to. This felt more like fan service with very little substance. Everything in Arrow leading up to this was much more interesting and gripping. I'm very disappointed overall considering they always knock these crossovers out of the park.

Mten10th

Duet actually. It was the most contained, complete story to me. I felt that Crisis had so many crossovers with other DC properties and shows that it neglected the actual Arrowverse characters. I was hoping to see people like Wally and Jesse and Felicity come back, instead there were a bunch of cameos from shows I never watched. Which was still cool, but I would have preferred to see more characters that I already knew.

Nathan Mortenson

crisis while crossovers like invasion, elseworlds, and earth x were great it didn;t really affect the charcters in a huge way. Yes we saw the impact that team flash, ray, sarah, rory, nate, jefferson took after stein’s death it wasn’t anything huge. Oliver’s death hit team arrow, sarah, barry hard and we may see a change in barry and sarah’s character. The crossover will have impact on the next few episodes for each season so people will have to watch each season for few weeks to see the changes. The only thing invasion, earth x, elseworlds did better they were better paced. The fan service for crisis were great overall crisis barely came on top.

spencer

Crisis on Infinite Earths may have some flaws, but the scale and size of it is just ridiculous. These episodes put up a spectacle just as impressive as Endgame to me. sure it had flaws, but the scale and audacity of the crossover was just incredible. And because of that, it has to be #1 for me.

brandon valenti

Earth X was my favourite. Probably the best paced of them all.

James

I have a soft spot for Invasion, it was the first time seeing Supergirl with everyone else, plus we had more Legends involved.

Sam K

I think Crisis on Earth-X had the best story out of the crossovers, but if I had to pick a favorite it would be Crisis on Infinite Earths. For me there was just too many high highs in this crossover that make it tough to beat, I mean the fact that we got a DCEU character to crossover with the arrowverse is something I never imagined would happened, and it was a secret that was not leaked which made it more impressive and enjoyable

Tucker Lobner

Crisis on Earth X still hasn’t been topped for me. It had a good story and fights and used most of their characters well for me. Crisis on Infinite Earths has some great moments for me, but overall I felt fights were underwhelming, not all the characters were used as well as they could have been for me, and the story could have been better. This crossover was fun, but I can’t say it was great. Whenever I think about Crisis on Earth X I think it is a great crossover event.

Jjop017

Although I strongly enjoyed the smaller crossovers from back in the day, nothing beats this past crisis and the fan service that was given to us viewers. In my humble opinion, this past crossover has solidified my faith in the CW and being a fan of Arrow since it’s pilot premiere, this crisis felt more rewarding than avengers endgame. Stephen Amell is a legend and i’m incredibly happy that they honored the legacy that he left behind and quite literally the universe that he created. Us DC fans have been given live action characters we never expected to see, connection to these characters and their stories, and has inspired us to be better. Nothing beats EZRA MILLER AND GRANT GUSTIN together as two flashes orrr oliver queen as THE SPECTRE! Thank you Amell and the Arrowverse for years of great television. You will be missed.

The real answer is beebo

Crisis

Dip602

Not going to lie this was a tie with Earth-X for me until I saw Ezra Miller, that had me scream so loud my dog started barking at me.

Joel

Crisis on infinite followed VERY closely by Earth X. This one had a ton of fan service and cameos that tipped it just enough for me.

ObligedUniform

Honestly Crisis on Infinite Earths just felt like two complete movies, and they really paid off in multiple ways. I adored Crisis on Earth-X, but this just feels like a whole ‘nother level in my opinion.

AutomoTomto

I loved Earth-X, but Infinite Earths gave us Brandon Routh as Superman in a great story, which he deserved.

Melissa Gunterman

I thought Crisis on Infinite Earths was amazing - especially with the cameos, but to me Crisis on Earth X is the perfect crossover. Beautifully written, excellent music, incredible fight scenes, high stakes that continued to be felt after, etc. It was essentially a movie for Arrowverse rather than a few crossover episodes.

John M

Infinite Earths, it gave me Smallville Superman back and we got DCEU Flash to crossover. I saw Oliver kick ass s the Spectre. Brandon Routh as Superman was incredible. The cameos alone made this the best for me

Billyb

Earth-x was able to pull off a big event without going overboard and making everything feel really rushed which I think made it stand above the rest

Michael

The true answer is the Flash/Supergirl musical.

I gotta Go with either of the Crisis events they were both so well written and well done

Christian Bolda

Crisis was satisfying. All of the crossovers were good in my opinion, but I think Crisis just had a lot of funny moments but also rose the stakes a whole lot. It revealed a lot too about the multiverse and confirmed a lot of theories. I like how it tied into all of the movies and old shows.

Rubi Moon

Ngl for me crisis has kinda been somewhat of a let down

Elseworlds cause it was so unique and funny

Crisis on Earth X. It was self contained while affecting the shows, had great pace that felt like a fun action movie, never slowing down but never rushing, juggled its massive cast beautifully giving you fan service but also character bonding. Also great humour & action throughout and cool cameos. Earth X wasn't the biggest but for executing so many things well it was the best.
