2019-12-04 10:51:19 +0000 UTCI took it as finally giving Art closure on Wally dying. And, if Zatanna could actually communicate with the dead that would open up a plot hole with Jason, who's alive. I'm sure if she could actually do it, then any member of the batfamily would have tried communicating with him only to reason he's still alive. Talking with the dead is just an OP power.

2019-12-03 18:05:10 +0000 UTCSo the reason I think this confirms wally alive is zatanna said everything there would be from artemis imagination and would try to seduce her into staying wally never once tried to keep her longer than her alotted time and seemed to understand the rules so I'm of the opinion he's trapped in limbo which is totally something in sure has happened in comics before so shouldn't be too much a stretch that that's what happen to him
