Do you think Laurel will or will not betray Oliver?
Comments
So this is the final story arc they give to Laurel? Not really intrigued, at least it will be resolved in only a few episodes instead of half a season like most storylines.

2019-11-17 17:04:21 +0000 UTCThey don't have the two and a half seasons for the CW to play out the forgiveness drama, so we're all safe

2019-11-12 02:21:24 +0000 UTCI think she is going to pretend to betray Oliver to "Anti Monitor" and in the end she will end up helping Oliver and figuring out that it wasn't The Monitor. I think Lyla will help her understand whats going on.
2019-11-11 16:08:18 +0000 UTCI think not. After everything Laurel has done in the past, she has been working very hard trying to get the team to trust her last season even going far as to help Oliver out of prison. I also don't think that she would want to betray Quentins trust in her to be someone good.
2019-11-10 16:08:30 +0000 UTCI don't think she will because if she did it would ruin the seasons of development they have given her and it being this close to the end of the series it would be a bad move to ruin her character.
2019-11-09 02:51:02 +0000 UTCMaybe she will, but I'm going to have faith in her and say she won't. Like you said maybe this is a test to see if she can do what must be done and not choose her world over the whole multiverse.
2019-11-08 03:32:32 +0000 UTCI just hope this arc dont take to much time of the next couple of episodes
2019-11-08 00:44:54 +0000 UTCThese hoes ain't loyal
2019-11-08 00:41:11 +0000 UTCI thinking “yes but also no.” This might end up being one of those “true from a certain point of view” things

2019-11-07 18:41:09 +0000 UTCI just had a really good idea. Laurel wil act like she is betraying Oliver but this is all part of Oliver's plan to deal with the inevitable turn around of The Monitor. Oliver knows that the moment he started doing things The Monitor won't approve he would contact someone to betray him. So he plan for this eventuality.

2019-11-07 17:50:06 +0000 UTCI'm convinced that's the Anti Monitor up to naughty tricks. I don't think Monitor has the power to destroy or remake entire worlds? His more Thanos like brother certainly does though. It could of course actually be the real Monitor testing to her to see if she is a worthy hero for when the real S##t storm starts.

2019-11-07 17:16:46 +0000 UTCI think she will. I think he will ask her to destroy whatever weapon Oliver and Curtis come up with.
Erika Kobori
2019-11-07 15:25:46 +0000 UTCsince she is the sole survivor or earth 2 (as we know of rn)
Deadpool
2019-11-07 14:15:56 +0000 UTCITS A TEST!!!!!!!!!!!!! During a Elseworlds Monitor says “this earth will fail like all the others” but Earth 1 passed. So therefore do you think Earth 2 originally failed the test and this is the monitor’s way of testing Laurel herself
Deadpool
2019-11-07 14:15:19 +0000 UTCI think laurel has grown enough as a person and as a hero to not betray Oliver, plus she has some suspicion of the monitor herself.........Also in spirit of the end of arrow, it’d be really cool if you guys went back and reacted the pilot episode!
I am Ironman
2019-11-07 11:49:53 +0000 UTCi dot think she will. despite losing her earth i don't think she would betray oliver considering the character growth she had last season with her wanting to be a better person.

2019-11-07 09:00:30 +0000 UTCIt'll depend heavily on what "betraying" Oliver means. Breaking the device they'd use to hurt the Monitor, I can see her accepting, but nothing that'd involve her directly hurting or killing a member of the team.
2019-11-07 05:21:59 +0000 UTCI don't think she will. Or else everything they build up over the last few seasons was for nothing
Flashback007
2019-11-07 04:43:43 +0000 UTCI don't think she will, but she will wrestle with the decision of whether or not to do so. Also, what are the chances you guys think this is the anti-monitor tricking her into doing this?
Tucker Lobner
2019-11-07 04:30:46 +0000 UTCi think he's simply testing her to see if she's trust worthy.
2019-11-07 04:17:40 +0000 UTCNo because I feel it would be a huge step backwards for her character. Yes, she is hurting because Earth 2 is gone. But that should be motivation for moving forward and fully helping Oliver like she has been doing.

2019-11-07 03:58:45 +0000 UTCI think it distraction by the Anti-Monitor in disguise.. He wants to slow down the Monitor's plan
2019-11-07 03:18:18 +0000 UTCI mean I think Oliver would approve tbh. Betray him and gain an entire world back
I Am Groot
2019-11-07 03:06:16 +0000 UTCIf it were past seasons I feel like she would, but with how the writing is now vs then I feel like Laura will talk to Oliver off screen about it, and then they will try to come up with a way to beat the Monitor which I do believe is actually the anti monitor. Also do you think during this crisis on infinite earths, we could possibly see green lantern diggle since it's been teased for a long time?On that note would you want a spin off tv show of green lantern Diggle, and that could explain as to why he isn't around in the future.
2019-11-07 02:43:25 +0000 UTCWell they are working on a Canaries show with Laurel and Dinah in the lead roles so you would still see Laurel.

2019-11-07 02:39:51 +0000 UTCNah.

2019-11-07 02:33:56 +0000 UTCI think she’ll definitely consider it - we’ve already had her grieving the loss of her Earth and everyone on it. Obviously you don’t want to tread old ground, but the context would at least be believable. Doubt she will follow through with it though. For the slapbet, they are technically going to return to the future, just the long way around.

2019-11-07 02:28:10 +0000 UTCI certainly hope not but i can understand if she did imagine losing everyone you've ever known in an instant and then being offered a chance to get it all back again it's a very human thing to want
Jak O'Hara
2019-11-07 02:27:13 +0000 UTCThis might be another test by the monitor. If she betrays Oliver she fails.
Ethan Prendergast
2019-11-07 02:20:27 +0000 UTCMaybe they will share information immediately... for the first time ever.
Melissa Gunterman
2019-11-07 02:18:51 +0000 UTCI've finally adjusted to the idea of this murderer of many an innocents. Being a good guy. I'm happy this is the final season cause if laurel betrays Oliver I will never want 2 see her again
Tilted Krow
2019-11-07 02:14:20 +0000 UTCno she will be hesitant at first but ultimately choose to side with oliver
spencer
2019-11-07 02:13:04 +0000 UTCOlliver tells her she's worthy to be called Black Canary after she choose not to . Or because Olliver tell her that she doesnt do it.
Doby Greg
2019-11-07 02:09:36 +0000 UTCI doubt it, she'll probably plan to but Oliver will rope her in on why he's not trusting the Monitor
Billyb
2019-11-07 02:08:12 +0000 UTCI don't think she will she is just playing the monitor and be a spy for us
Dip602
2019-11-07 02:08:07 +0000 UTCI think she will but right as she does she’ll realise he can’t bring back earth 2 and then tell Oliver what the monitor told her to do
Daniel Aka Jardo
2019-11-07 02:08:06 +0000 UTCLast season? Yes. Currently? Nope. Even though they give each other a hard time I think Laurel has a genuine respect for Oliver and vice versa. Plus, they currently think the Monitor is responsible for the crisis and I think she's smart enough to not trust him.
2019-11-07 02:07:43 +0000 UTCI think she will plan on it but she will not follow through with it. She will learn that either the Monitor is lying or tricking her or whatever. We know that she is still on good terms with Team Arrow in 2040 so there can’t be that big of betrayal. But if she does I think she will tell Oliver why and he would understand
