2019-09-26 14:23:45 +0000 UTCIf I remember rightly, the guy who created Arthur Kipling actually wanted to use Constantine for a comic but he was told he couldn't, can't remember why. But the guy created Kipling as basically a knock-off John Constantine just because he couldn't use him but wanted that character.
