this show is actually good. Netflix marvels shows had a slow place if you can deal with that you can deal with any mistake this show makes.

It was only on DC Universe when it first premiered, but since then spread out to Netflix and international markets. Meaning, on Netflix a lot of people was able to see all episodes at once and the show is better to digest that way, instead of the slow burn episode-per-week. I liked it and I assume others did as well.

Where did the all these fans of this show come from? When I watched it everyone disliked it, myself included. Sure it has some cool stuff like the crazy murder family, but it just felt like characters never progressed in any meaningful way.

To anyone who actually watched this show in its completion. Can you confirm if it gets better from here? Because so far these past two episodes have done NOTHING for me. It just reminds me of the CW shows only with more over-the-top unironic edge. BI

They were created by Steve Ditko (Spider-man,Dr. Strange) during his time in DC, aside from maybe The Question, they're Ditko's most well known DC creation.

The names on the phones were a combination of producers and comic characters, like Donna Troy, Lucius Fox, Hank, Dawn and some more obscure Nightwing related side-characters. The villain family is based on the Nuclear Family from the comics.

The Robin not killing people but brutality hurting people reminds me of the college humor sketch where batman doesnt kill people. Super funny.

Hawk and Dove have been around for a long time. I was 13 when I bought the first Hawk and Dove comic (Showcase #75) back in 1968. The writers didn’t really grasp how a pacifist can be an action hero. A few years later the TV show Kung Fu would show how it’s done.
