My bet is that Reverse Flash survives, comes back in time and saves Nora from Cicada 2, has some words with Barry to the effect that they're still enemies then leaves.

Reverse-Flash survives his execution and then pulls a Zoom on all the prison guards. Then he goes back in time and pulls a Reverse-Flash on Nora, like he did to her grandmother. Then he celebrates by going to Jitters and ordering a Flash, because he's still a fanboy at heart.

I feel like they cut the ep at a weird time so I'm going to say that Ralph stops the dagger from being destroyed and gets hurt in the process

I’m imagining that Thawne will come in next episode and kill Cicada, much like Emiko did with Diaz, and earlier like Diaz did with Caden James, not sure on anything else though

RF escape. They remake or retrieve the dagger. RF run away because of it . Nora helps therefore proving it was a mistake to manipulate her.

The dagger will vanish, and not be hindering his powers anymore allowing his escape. Also that guard is definitely getting killed during Thawn's escape.

I think it will take him a while to get out. But when he does eventually rain hellfire on Team Flash he will spare them for Nora’s sake. Then he will go onto whatever machinations await him next.
