I think she will simply side with Kaz but I would prefer her in the first order so that we can have a touch of gray in all that black and white.

I think she will join the first order. It’s a classic good guy turns and joins the bad guys story. It would build good character development for all the crew.

I picked Something else. I think that Tam will find out that Kaz is a spy in the next episode. I also think that she will see the First Order for what they really are. In the end, she will help her friends fight against the First Order. However, she will not be on Kaz' side. She may even blame him for bringing the First Oder's wrath to her and her friends. If Kaz wasn't spying on the First Order, they never would have gotten arrested.

I hope tam joins the first order. Some of the best star wars stories are the stories of morally good people who join the empire/first order because of thier morales/ideals. Case and point Nash Windrider & Ciena Ree from the novel Lost Stars

I feel like everyone is confusing Tam's frustration at being lied to with a desire to join the First Order. She's not an idiot. She's known for awhile that Kaz and Yeager aren't being honest with her. She has a right to be angry. And anyway, that Rucklin kid is 100% going to join the First Order.

As supportive as she’s been towards the First Order, she always seems to be less so when she finds out about the genuinely bad things they’ve done, like when the kids told her the First Order destroyed their village. All she needs is to witness is one terrible act by them to convince her to join Kaz, which will probably be the destruction of the Hosian System. I’d find it hard to believe if she still favored them after that.

I don’t think there is a First Order spy. Kaz was just looking out for the possibility of one. What would it matter now anyway since the FO have already taken over the Colossus?

It would be much more interesting story-wise is she joined the First Order out of a misguided sense of duty and loyalty, not releasing how stubborn and naive she was being. It would feel true to life, but I don’t know if this show would (or could) go in that direction.

I’m hoping she’ll side with Kaz after seeing just how brutal the First Order can be. Through I wouldn’t be surprised if there was a traitor on the team. It’d be one hell of a twist if it was revealed that Neeku was the First Order spy this whole time while we were all busy worrying about Tam.
