He definitely comes off as a concerned, charismatic, and patriotic prince, but he is Britannia. Elegant and sophisticated on the outside unlike his father who shows the true colors of Britannia so brazenly but is just as sinister as his father. Love him. Love him. Love him. The fact that he isn't a geass user adds to his intimidation factor in my opinion, like he's accomplishing all he does without it shows what a Britannian Lelouch could be like.
