It’ll rise as he continues to fight for and be honest with the city. He was always liked and he will win back the trust for the most part. With the Curtis death fake out I immediately went to the fact that Dinah never listed his name as one of the people in the four group that got the tattoo, so I completely believed his death. Love the way he tricked Diaz though, mostly because of how much I hate Diaz. I am also loving the Felicity/Laurel friendship developing.
