This is the first appearance of River in her timeline since Mel regenerated into her, then she is in the suit and kills the Doctor, gets imprisoned in Stormcage for the murder, tells the Doctor who she is, then the River who gets the letter in the Impossible Astronaut and went to 1969 to fight the Silence. After that is the Pandorica, the Time of Angels, and then she dies in the Library. That's what you got so far excluding her childhood.

The Amy and Rory in this episode are from after god complex as Amy didn’t have a job before it and the tag line for the girl who is tired of waiting is a reference to how she has stopped waiting for the doctor as he left them and actually said goodbye so she isn’t expecting him to turn up again
