At the fight club, Dinah said “this used to be the nicest club in town 20 years ago”, so if this was a daughter born this season she would be early 20s which could work. I just don’t think it’s likely they would have another kid while never bringing William back.

I don’t think so, but you never know. It’s hard to pin down since time wise we don’t know when Felicity becomes the calculator that she worked with. And if it’s sooner in current time line than she’s definitely not their daughter, assuming her adult self worked with Felicity.
