How I interpreted the Bakugo scene is after Eraserhead's speech everybody looked so down and sad that he made him show his dumb side to distract everyone, make them laugh and take the edge off. he also used that time to pay Kirishima back. When it comes to Bakugo you have to read between the lines because he will never outright say how he feels. I think he does care about Allmight saving him and the fact that his classmates came to get him then almost got in trouble for it.

Yeah the point of it is that common people now recognise All Might's normal form as him. The dub dialogue was a bit strange there

No, Bakugo made him use his powers so he'd turn stupid and tell him how much the goggles cost. He explains it clearly in the manga, no idea why they changed up the dialogue in the anime.

That's a weird translation choice for the lady that mentioned the walking skeleton. In the subs it sounded more like she was just saying "Ins't that walking skeleton All Might?"
