Star Wars Resistance 1x4 Poll!

I personally am OK with no Force wielders in the show overall, though I wouldn't be opposed to someone like Torra or Hype being a Force sensitive.

This show seems to better fit the under world element which would be bounty hunters and smugglers. Its the realm of the spy but Id be ok if a student of Lukes who escaped the slaughter by Kylo Ren could be in hiding like Kanan and Ezra were in hiding.

I don't need a protagonist to always be force sensitive, but I do need them to at least be semi-competent. I hate Kaz so damn much. I know they're giving him room to grow, but there is nothing likable about him to me.

I think we'll see him grow similar to Ahsoka and Ezra. At least I hope so. The Star Wars animated stuff has been really good at doing that so far.

I think it’s a nice change of pace. It’s great seeing something that isn’t part of the galactic Jedi-Sith ideological conflicts and seeing viewpoints and stories focused around people who have no connection to the force. I’ll still miss seeing the force though. However, I have yet to warm up to the show or the main character (his clumsiness is painful to watch), but TCW and Rebels both took awhile before becoming great shows so I’ll give it the benefit of the doubt.

I'm fine with him not being force sensitive, I just wish he wasn't so incompetent at everything he does.

I'm fine with it. My favorite parts of The Clone Wars were the clone and droid focused episodes. As long as they reference that force users exist, I won't miss it too much.

I think after two shows that were so force-heavy it's nice to change it up, even though the Force is my favorite part of SW. If the Force does show up in this show at all, it might come off as more magical or terrifying because of how rare it is.

I definitely don't mind a non-Force user as the lead, but I still miss the Force and hope someone ends up on the show with it. Maybe not make a huge deal about it. There had to be people Force sensitive who lived normal lives - i.e. Anakin if he'd never been found.
