Not on TV he didn't. Don't know about elsewhere, but there could be plenty of Doctors. Only TV appearances in the original series are with the 3rd and the 5th.

The 9th Doctor also met the lizard species.

At times I can see where the Rory is the Master theory came from. Rory: Geothermal Gravity bubbles...or something. Suspicious Rory, very suspicious. The same thing could be said about what he said when he first entered the TARDIS.

‘Squeaky Bum Time’ is a term used in the UK where in a sporting event, it gets to the final minutes or closing the end of said event. Usually used in Football (Soccer) for added time. Mainly associated with Alex Ferguson.
