It's probably more of a psychic quality inherent in his voice kind of like how Stain can paralyze people by licking their spilled blood. It's not like you can really explain that one using actual science.

To Calvin: You made a perfect example of a logical fallacy. All sound is vibration, but not all vibration is sound. Sound is specifically vibrations striking the eardrum and being heard. Bugs don't really have eardrums, to my knowledge. Not sure how Koda's Quirk works in particular, maybe the vibrations of his voice provoke specific reactions from different animals, even those that don't hear in a traditional sense. But, though it didn't use this argument, yelling at bugs? Doesn't actually do much. Because they don't hear you.

Love to see how level headed Calvin would be if he had thousands of insects crawling up his leg and was covering his body. This is a cartoon guys science facts doesnt need be 100% accurate

My memory is fuzz but did they explain how powerful Snipe’s homing ability is? I think Aaron is thinking of homing ability as all encompassing and similar to Daredevil’s sonar detection, which I can see why he would think Snipe should have caught Invisible Girl, but I think it was less powerful than Daredevil ability and still possible to escape his field of vision if he is distracted enough.
