Well when 11 landed on Trenzalore he was just over 1200 years old. When 12 first went through his introduction he said he was over 2000 years old. Meaning he was on Trenzalore for 800 years.

It's nice to see reactions to the most recent episodes. We know 24 years with River on Darillium, 50 years teaching at the university. Probably a couple of centuries on when 11th stayed on his last planet. The doctor can travel by himself so he makes the difference from off-screen traveling.
