I can see the merit in saying the CG right after Death Note could be "too similar", but I think that its different enough *and* they're veteran reactors so that if enough of the crew is there (esp. Eric) then their having DN would probably not adversely affect their opinions of CG. But I can see the point that if they do another show first (like BB or *BERSERK!*), then they have a chance to miss DN (this is not to say that they woudlnt enjoy the other shows mind you), and thus appreciate CG more when they do see it. But having said all of that, I've been wanting to see CG ractions for a while, so I'll take it whneever it comes up!

Well Torchwood is on it's last season, Black Sails has a little over two seasons, and Sherlock has only 9 more episodes so I think people will have plenty of opportunities to possibly get the shows that they hope for. I don't see them sticking with The 100, Aaron and Melanie maybe, but it's definitely not a show I see these guys being interested in. Do they give shows a certain amount of episodes before they stop watching similar to The Normies?

Well sadly many speculate a majority of the crew already watched Breaking Bad and many want to avoid a Sherlock situation where most of the crew watched all of the show and just two of them are in the reaction. But don't worry, Breaking Bad will probably win the next one which should be after Vikings in four weeks or if you're lucky after Westworld in just two weeks. Either way with the amount of votes it usually gets it will win eventually, its just matter of time.

Breaking Bad is my favorite TV show, and it's one of the best shows of all time. A lot of people are saying that Code Geass is a "perfect" replacement for Death Note, but Breaking Bad would be extremely good too. People, I know this is the internet and all. But can we just avoid shit-talk about these shows for once? I saw someone else in the comments ask if anyone ever reads the comments and then change their vote. Probably not, cause a lot of people just go on and on about show X is worse then show Y and that's because show X has this and this and this. While Code Geass is cool and has a great story, I think it's similarities to Death Note (I know its different circumstance) we should switch it up a bit - like a pallette cleanser of sorts. Cowboy Bebop will be a more enjoyable experience. It's stylish and subtly funny with a more 'grounded' (the irony, oh the irony) feel and easier to follow story. Lots of antics and gunfights throughout. Cowboy Bebop, It's a badass anime just saying.

Fringe has one of the best overall stories in a serialized show ever. Monster of the week episodes might not be everyone's cup of tea, but the overarching story is amazing and it's relevant in every episode all the way up to a very satisfying finale. Closure is always one of the hardest things in storytelling, and they got it right. From the mind of JJ Abrams and John Noble is just fucking brilliant as Walter Bishop. I know this show won't win the poll, but hopefully they do it one day, and since no one but Eric has seen it, it should be a full panel reaction with Eric guiding the rest of the boys.

With Firefly and Sherlock not being very long series i see lots of likely changes ahead for reactions. I voted the leading Poll show because Id rather an unknown win over Breaking Bad. I seen the show but just not for me. My heart wanted to vote for Fringe but voted the Anime series.

I agree that Breaking Bad, while a great show, isnt much of a fun reaction series for the most part. Obviously, there some pretty fun big moments, but they're far apart. Code Geass on the other hand, is a perfect anime for reaction... There's plenty to discuss about and react to almost every episode. Plus, it's awesome. I can understand the folks who think there's too many anime reactions, but I respectfully disagree vehemently. Anime in general and Code Geass in particular offer a lot of fodder for reactors to chew on and discuss/be amazed by etc. Hope CG wins.

I love Breaking Bad but I don't think it's a great show for a reaction series. It's mostly drama with some real slow burn. It's a great experience to have on your own but might be too slow / boring for a reaction series. Code Geass should fill a similar role to Death Note with it's "genius" protagonist. It has some decent action too. The stupid fan service annoys me but it's overall a pretty good package.

How is 2/4 (maybe 2/5 if Rick hasn't seen it) most of the group? From my understanding Aaron has seen 2 seasons of BB, but hasn't seen the rest and Calvin hasn't seen it at all. Include Rick and maybe even the others if they want to rewatch it and it is a great group. They've done reactions when only one individual hasn't seen the show so why not BB when it has potential for at the very least a 2-3 person reaction.

I think the reason they don't do that is because it could be seen as a bit rude towards the reactors. It could see one of the reactors feeling along the lines of "people don't want to see me?" or "people don't like me?". While it is fine to have favorites, ultimately one reactor shouldn't be seen as superior to the other.

Sadly it's a lost cause, but as someone who's seen Fringe, Breaking Bad and The 100, and will admit that The 100 would rank 3rd between those 3, I still think The 100 is still legitimately and undeniably the best option here if you're a Blind Wave fan that wants better content from them, beyond 20 minute anime videos with 5 minutes of discussion from them. Most of them have seen BB, and Fringe, although great, is slow, long, and at times too episodic/fillery for weekly reactions... The 100 has constant twists, philosophical dilemmas, tacles multiple sci-fi tropes and constantly evolves into different sci-fi sub-genres and it's perfect for reaction and long discussion.

To all the people bitching about "too much anime", if Code Geass wins it will be the 3rd anime on the channel alongside AoT and MHA. They also have other shows, live action shows. These include Sherlock, Black Sails, Westworld, Doctor Who, Torchwood, Supergirl, Rick Reacts: Game of Thrones, Vikings, and any other I may have missed. So think to yourself, is 3 anime on the channel really a lot compared to all the live action shows they do?
