I really think that as a top off for the series, after you're done talking about it, you should watch the bloopers. It's only about 8 min, and so worth it!

I think it is because they only saw three of five get taken. Going into the series for the first time some people could be confused as to why only Ed, Al, and Izumi get taken away and they don’t see five. There are also episodes where they mention other possible candidates, but they haven’t pinned them down yet. They kept mentioning Mustang could be a possible sacrifice, which leaves it open if he will become one or not. Even when the manga was going on people were still speculating if Mustang would become one or how since he hadn’t committed the taboo like the other three. It is probably natural for them to be confused on the sacrifices from this episode when we only see three taken away.

They do like 20 shows a week and there's only 7 episodes left of FMA:B. Even when 1 show DOES end, they replace it with something new. They're never doing 2 episodes of 1 show a week except for very special circumstances like with Doctor Who/Torchwood gapping.

As disappointed as they are when the episode ends I wonder if they’ll just give in and watch another episode after it is done? I mean they keep uploading it one episode a week for us, but watch two or three for themselves in one sit in. I’m not going to lie I started rooting for Wrath during these final episodes for just the sheer determination and the way he used his head and skill to keep coming back from things that would have killed other villains. Slicing the dynamite fuses to negate the kamikaze style sacrifice and cutting Fu further was short of astounding.
