2018-03-12 17:39:08 +0000 UTCI said no, but that's only because I don't think the trash people as a whole are more sophisticated than we think. However, I do think there's much more to Jadis and her story, and why she wanted to make such a "different" kind of place.

2018-03-08 05:19:17 +0000 UTCFrom somebody who stopped watching halfway thru season 6. Is the show still worth going back too m

2018-03-08 03:03:47 +0000 UTCYes, I feel like there would have to be something more to it otherwise it will just have been so much wasted time with them. That being said, I am quite interested in Jadis' new development and where that could lead.

2018-03-08 02:03:29 +0000 UTCWe didn’t really get a lot of clues to suggest that there was more to the trash people until now. While a reveal would be interesting (say, like an underground bunker and helicopter akin to Day of the a Dead) it would feel a bit like a cheat. PS. Best episode in ages.

2018-03-07 18:19:55 +0000 UTCI saw an interview with Scott Gimple where he implied that they had a pretty thriving community and only used there stilted speech with strangers to be off putting. I doubt they have some crazy facility but I imagine they all had their own shipping containers set up as homes. I did think they were interesting but I would have liked to see that if that was the case. I can imagine a small vignette of that wizard guy listening to opera while sipping tea in a shipping container full of artwork with a Venetian rug and a leather armchair.

2018-03-07 16:03:47 +0000 UTCThere was definitely more to the trash people but I don't think it's a huge sophisticated underground bunker. They wouldn't have brought up the helicopter/helipad twice now if it wasn't leading somewhere.

2018-03-07 10:42:37 +0000 UTCThey were a literal GARBAGE WASTE of time.

2018-03-07 00:31:55 +0000 UTCI absolutely agree about Enid , she did what she had to do . Gma wasn't asking Aaron why he was there , who he was , what he wanted , she was going to kill him and Enid protected her friend .
2018-03-06 20:45:18 +0000 UTCI think there could be something sophisticated underneath the rubbish like a military base or something but the trash people didn't know about it, maybe Jadis knows or will find out as she must still be alive for a reason. PS. Calvin, I think that Enid was right to kill the ocean side leader as she was about to stab Aaron with her pole.

2018-03-06 19:52:21 +0000 UTCRemember that time Rick saw a helicopter when he was on his way to meet with the trash people, Now Simon talking about Those guys having A Helipad? looking like they are hiding something for sure.
2018-03-06 17:19:26 +0000 UTCI think there is more behind them, it wouldn't make sence for Simon to mention the helipad and solarpanels, for it not to be important.

2018-03-06 14:24:34 +0000 UTCI think it's the writers trying their best to salvage the dumpster fire that is the Garbage Pale Kids they created.

2018-03-06 13:10:58 +0000 UTCIf it wasn’t for Simon mentioning a helipad and solar panels I would have definitely said no, but now I think there’s more to it and hopefully it’s something that really progresses the story.
2018-03-06 10:42:49 +0000 UTCNow that we’ve lost the Trash People, and Rick and crew’s three communities are basically just one big one now, Oceanside better not step in and be the new Trash people by being shit.

2018-03-06 09:57:02 +0000 UTCWell as soon as her people all died Jadis started talking normally, which made me think, OK was it all just an act? I hope she keeps talking normally 😂 and I now wonder what she's going to do because at this point she's been playing both sides.

2018-03-06 09:10:07 +0000 UTCAll that matters is that the trash people have become what they loved the most when they fell into the trash compactor...trash...

2018-03-06 06:11:10 +0000 UTCIn tv shows they always show things for a reason. Having Simon say that line about the panels and helicopter pad must mean something. And didn’t we have a scene this season of rick looking at a helicopter flying by?
JC Confirmed
2018-03-06 05:51:19 +0000 UTCYES because we have never got a back story on them. I think they want to shock everyone with it and thats why they kept Jadus alive.

2018-03-06 05:37:07 +0000 UTCI voted no cause i want us to be done with them, but i feel like its going to be yes.
2018-03-06 05:11:33 +0000 UTCI voted no and I'm glad Simon or "Trevor" as he'll always be known to me killed them.
