I'm not sure that it is really the same serum. I would agree with Cameron Mason that it could be the same people, but I think it might be connected to the video Anissa found about the kids who disappeared. I think it could have been Tobias having the kids experimented on so that he could have this power to rival Black Lightning.

yes it is probably a tamer version of the serum or a recreation that isn't complete

I think it also has to do with what Lady Eve was doing with the guy on the table. Incubating Greenlight based off of Tobias’ blood

I think the AVA Gambi is a member of made both the serum and greenlight. Which is why Tobias think Gambi would have a problem with Black Lightning stopping it.

I think the serum that Tobias took is a concentrated form of Greenlight that has a huge side effect that we don't yet know about but doesn't cause Tobias to go crazy like Greenlight (the drug) would make people. It's also a possibility that the serum Tobias took is related to the kids that were experimented on

Yes, because tobias has strength just like the drug and they mentioned it way too many times. Also about jefferson being addicted I think since he has done it for so long his body needs time to recharge

Nothing to do with the pole, but I'm thinking maybe he destroyed the pieces in the lock that allow the lock to stay in place. Or maybe used electromagnetism to pull pieces of the inside apart.
