2017-12-18 19:32:01 +0000 UTCTo address the "Why wait to get Gunner issue": The reason that there wasn't a 'rush' to go after Gunner was because there was no need at the time. Gunner basically "dropped off the face of the Earth" and avoided contact with people. Once Madani started to insist on "digging" into Frank, Billy, and the rest of the "unit" (Meaning Gunner as well), the need to "erase the tracks" became bigger for Agent Orange who also now needed to ensure that there were no "skeletons in the closet" in order to get his promotion at the CIA.
