Aw, it's so cute when Batman smiles... But it's not "cute" at all. Batman smiles because for the FIRST TIME the YJ team actually went COVERT. Covert enough that even the JLA itself wasn't aware of what they were doing.... and it resulted in the capture of escaped villains, exposed Dr. Strange's dealings at Bel Reeve AND retrieved unknown material that the JLA didn't even know existed. Batman smiled because it was exactly the sort of thing that Batman would have done himself if he didn't have the JLA looking over his shoulder all the time. And the reason that Batman was so "casual" about forming the "team" to begin with. To do stuff Batman couldn't do as part of a "team" without too many people getting involved.

This show doesn't just do things without any thought. Just like the whole M'gann acting according to her favorite tv show, the hints about Red Arrow being the mole are there. You just don't suspect him because you don't have the whole picture yet.

Yes. There is foreshadowing of RA being the mole. Even in the very FIRST episode. You'll hopefully understand next episode.

You have to remember, Roy never brought up that there was a mole. He overheard Sportsmaster tell Aqualad there was a mole.
