Doctor Who 1x8 Reaction Early Access

This is 1 of my if not my favorite episode of season one if only for how emotionally impactful it is. I love seeing the interactions between Rose and her father especially once he knows she's his daughter. I never really thought the monsters in this particular episode looked that bad and the concept of them is really cool and scary. I also love how serious the Doctor got about what Rose did when she messed with the past. Her father deciding to sacrifice himself to save everyone was so selfless and amazing while also being really sad and was the best part of the episode. I love how the flashback changed and it was very heartwarming and sad that Rose stayed with her father until the end. This was a great reaction and your next one will be too. :-) <3

I agree with everything said. Sometimes it helps to clean the DVD unit by blowing air in it before playing the disk + clean the disk itself make sure there are no scratches or fingerprints, or dirt or dust on it. If there is a scratch there are fixes suchlike a plastic liquid to add & buff the scratches out that's how I got season 1 of my buffy the vampire slayer to work again.

I also feel very sorry for Lono. :P Shame the disc kept glitching. I really like this episode. Yeah, the time wraiths or whatever haven't aged very well, but the emotional story in it does it for me. I think I could see at least Calvin getting a bit emotional there, and I feel him. This episode always gets me with the Rose and Pete relationship. I think I took the 'old' thing the same way Calvin, Eric and Shane did, with it being something that was more sturdy in a temporal sense, rather than in a physical sense. I actually hadn't thought of it like Aaron said at all, but it's an interesting perspective. I like the change of tone in it, even if a lot of the drama hinges on Rose... making stupid mistakes (at least like, with the baby). Which is usually not a plot device I'm fond of, but I think it's handled and solved nicely in this. And I really like some of the small moments, like the Doctor talking to the soon-to-be married couple, or the Doctor and Rose arguing but then talking it out. It's natural for people to lash out and get angry. But instead of dragging it out too much, this episode solves it in a way that feels natural, I think. Then again, this writer has written two of my favorite episodes down the line, so it's not surprising. Even I hadn't caught that Bad Wolf until now... Nice spotted Eric! Whatever it could possibly mean... Who knows! But I sure am looking forward to the upcoming weeks...
