I like to look at it like this. There is the Force and then there is Magic. Like Marvel you have science and you have magic. And Thor put it the best way. Magic is Science that we do not understand. So in that comparison The Force is the more complex magic, and the magic (starwars) is the easier science. Just how I look at it.

since the source of the nightsisters magic is the water of life wich the extract from the slepper. And the force is fueled by life itself. Nightsister magic must be a part of the force

I think the deal with Nightsister "magic" is that Dathomir has a powerful connection to the Force, and more specifically Mortis. That's why their Force use seems more arcane. The raw Force energies are more vibrant. Plus, in the Old EU the Son and the Daughter of Mortis were worshipped by the Nightsisters, although Talzin's Wild Power Text from Book of Sith only had pictures of their airborn beast forms and refered to them as the Fanged God (Gargoyle) and the Winged Goddess (Gripphin). The Nightsisters call their Force use, Magicks, but it's still the Force. Different types of Force users will learn to use the Force in different ways. I hope we see more unique Force users in the future, much like we did in the old EU.

There is many kinds of force abilities and I am pretty certain not just jedi can use the force for good and evil. The Witches were clearly dark force users much like the sister the brother and the oldman . I am certain they use magic but who is too say magic in star wars is not some other version of force power.
