Bookworm Dragon Lord Chapter 1
Added 2025-02-25 21:05:32 +0000 UTCHi everyone! Some of you might remember this from some months ago. Seeing how the prologue has been well received i thought 'why don't write an actual chapter 1?' and well... i didn't expect to end up with a 11k chapter XD
Let's just say passion took over.
Speaking of which, i would highly suggest for those of you who have no idea what this is to check out this story's prologue by scrolling down. Or it should appear by clicking the BDL tag, not sure how tags work on Patreon to be honest.
Well anyway, this is a creative and experimental project so it might get an update when i feel like it. Hope you enjoy the read!

Feels very much like Ascension of a Bookworm coded what makes it fun is seeing the modern elements interact with the gritty fantasy details like the metabolism of Dragons or the physiology of Quagoa and the way that funnels into their culture were your birth and early formative years of consuming minerals translates into your rank in the society I really liked the Quagoa and Vol.11 was by far my favorite Overlord story in terms of a self contained book and exploring the different cultures of the races in the Azerlisia Mountain Ranges

2025-02-26 04:53:26 +0000 UTCI like this history no only because I am a person that like too in a adventure or action history to have parts in their history about slides of their life live Dragon ball episodes but because I find it interesting how knowledge from our world can change the life perspective of other people and races in the new world in overlord, I also Think that egilmal from canon deserves more credits for choose studies before raw strength.

2025-02-26 04:44:36 +0000 UTCThis was certainly different... But it was surprisingly good as well. Honestly quite refreshing as well not to have a whole cast of characters that need separate attention. Maybe a little heavy on the "why am I talking to myself?" if anything, but good reading.

2025-02-25 22:41:25 +0000 UTCTaking a more slice of life approach is quite the interesting idea for a story like this. I'm glad you kept experimenting with this because not only was it different, but it was plainly good as well.
