Suppressive Force: Enemies hit by sustained fire have reduced movement speed for 3 seconds
Make 'em Dance: Has a 10% chance per bullet to stagger enemies on hit.

Hal is a catboy now!
He'll end every sentence with 'Nya', like the good little catboy he is!
