(Jason's POV)

"Jason!" Mavis exclaimed as she ran up to me, "Are you alright? Erza told me what happened!" 

I caught her in my arms as she hugged me tightly, her eyes looking up at me with nothing but concerned. 

I nodded, "I am fine." I told her, "Just had a fight with a dragon and one of the Spriggan 12, that's all." 

I watched as Makarov walked up to us, "August...hm?" He said, "I sent word to Laxus and Gajeel, they will keep an eye out. What does he want in Fiore?" 

"Irene." I said as Mavis pulled away, "The Knight Dragon....or Dragon Knight, I don't know what kind of dragon he'd be.....but he has Irene and August wants Irene. For what reason? I don't know. But considering that the Knight wants me dead, I can only assume we have nothing but trouble on our hands." 

Mavis looked at me, "Erza didn't tell us anything other than that Erion smelled him and that's the reason he took flight." She said, "I was worried sick, did he fight?" 

I nodded, "Yes, but Erion is getting stronger by the second. His Dragon form was able to take my black light like nothing." I said

Mavis narrowed her eyes, "Why would you attack your own son?" She said seriously, "Did the Dragon use it against him? Jason...." 

"The Dragon was using my black light. He wields it as well." I said as I walked over to a table and sat down

Makarov looked at me, "What?" 

I saw as Erza, Natsu, and Gray walked up to us. 

"You gonna tell them?" Gray asked

Erza was holding Erion in her arms as the kid merely looked at me, "You need to be the one to do so, Jason." She said, "Maliketh, the Dragon, was wielding your light, your power." 

Mavis looked at Erion, "Only Erion wields that power besides Jason...." She said softly, "Why would another dragon be able to- Wait...." 

I sighed, "Mavis..." I said as I looked at her, "Maliketh....the Dragon that attacked me....He's my son." 

Mavis widened her eyes, "W-What?" she said, "Y-Your son????" 

Makarov let out a sigh, "Why am I not surprised?" He said, "At this point, I would expect you to have many of them...." 

I raised my eyebrow at him, "Here's the kicker, though, Makarov." I said, "And you definitely won't expect this.....He's from the future. So I haven't had him yet." 

"The Future???" Makarov said with a surprised look, "A-Are you sure?" 

"Some time ago, the Ravines of Time were channeled and someone messed with Time Magic." I said with a loose explanation, "Maliketh was sent here from the Future to kill me." 

Mavis looked at me, "Y-Your own son? Who would do something like that?" 

"A God." I said with a serious look, "A God wants me dead." 

"First, I know this is a lot to take in, trust me, we know." Erza said, "That man....or dragon.....or...I don't know, he's like Erion....from the future. He's strong, very strong. Not anyone can man-handle Erion in his Dragon form the way he did. Not only that, he was able to fight August equally, and he's supposed to be the strongest of the Spriggan 12, right?" 

"This is not good." Makarov said, "With August here, one can only expect an attempt to restart the War.....and he's their strongest mage. Not just that, we have a powerful Dragon to worry about. And here I thought Erion was the one to give us headaches...." 

Erion looked at Makarov with a frown, "Me?" He said

Makarov looked at him, "Yes, you, kid." He said, "You can be very clumsy and destroy a lot of things." 

Mavis looked at me, "What do we do?" She said, "What are you going to do?" 

I stood up and stretched, "I need to think." I said, "I just need time to figure out a plan."

As I said that, the doors to the guild hall opened and I saw two familiar faces walk in. 

Erion's eyes lit up, "Kagura-mama!" He said with a smile

Kagura walked up to us as Erion pried himself off Erza's arms and jumped towards Kagura, who caught him. 

"Oh!" She said with a chuckle, "Hey there, darling....I heard you went and caused some trouble." 

Erion hugged her as Kagura looked at me, a worried look in her eyes. 

Behind Kagura, I saw Lucy standing, her hands in front of her as she gave me a slight smile. 

"Hm." I said as I walked past Mavis and to Kagura, "Hey, good to see you here." 

Kagura nodded, "We have a lot to speak about, Jason." She said, "The three of us, alone. Well, with Erion of course." 

I glanced at Mavis, "Is that so?" 

Mavis nodded, "It would be best." She said with a smile

I sighed, "If you say so." I said, 

"Can't deny either of you."
