Chapter 47 : Jealousy?

( Meru's PoV )
Dragons, I have heard of it many times whenever it's in game or real life, and I've fought dragons before, but not a real one.
The dragons I fought are either a Boss Monster from an RPG game or the dragons from my school, though it's just a title.
I never actually believed in the existence of such creatures, because their existence was a myth, they aren't exactly proven to be true and I didn't hope to meet one, okay seriously I did imagine what it's like to meet one.
But that's only in my imagination, however! I never thought in my life that I actually met a real green dragon which is now glaring at me with madness on it's eyes!

"Bitch! I'll fucking annihilate you from existence!" She roared at Meru with a leaking intention to kill.
A few hours ago, Tohru was just in the mansion doing chores, as she finished doing everything she took a break and watched some drama at the television with Kanna.
However time passed, she was getting worried because Kyle wasn't home yet normally at this time he would be already home, but she thought that he would arrive soon but he didn't even after an hour.
Then she finally snapped, and immediately went outside to find him, ever since the date between them her affection increased by a whole new level with just her affection alone surpassing that of Esdeath.
Currently she has the highest affection amongst the girls that Kyle interacted with, but she has forgotten something as Kyle sent her a message that he'll be late going home, but she wasn't rational enough to remember that.
So her search for Kyle event has started, she left Kanna without saying anything, though Kanna was a bit confused of why Tohru rushed she didn't bother to know and continued to watch the drama in the television since the drama was on its peak.

Tohru is now looking for him with her dragon form, but of course she didn't forget to turn herself invisible though she really doesn't mind being seen, Hina and Kyle strongly advise her to turn invisible so that there would be less trouble.
(A/N : Starting now I'm calling Kobayashi aka Kyle's aunt Hina.)
Afraid of being hated, naturally she followed their advice. She scanned the entire city of Tokyo and finally found his location, she sigh in relief as she found him.
Actually if it was Kyle before he became a Minor God, she would have taken time searching for him even but now that he literally has a 'Divinity' it's easier to find him.
After flying for a moment, she arrived at a building that has a 69th floor in total, however as she was about to fly down and go inside the building like a normal human would do suddenly, she heard something that made her lose her cool.
"I love you…"
"Huh? What did you say again? I couldn't hear you properly. "
"I said, I love you!"
At this moment, she snapped. Her mind was filled with madness, she screamed on her mind. 'That bitch! How dare she?! I'm gonna kill her!'
Tohru didn't hesitate to blow the half of the 69th floor!
And that's what happened.

Kyle was shocked by the unexpected development, he couldn't move for a moment.
While Meru was trembling as Tohru who is in her dragon form was looking at her with leaking killing intent.
Finally her legs gave up, and her butt fell into the ground, she actually wasn't afraid of Tohru, she is more shocked than being afraid it's just that her body couldn't handle the pressure that Tohru is currently leaking no normal mortal could withstand this.
Tohru couldn't wait anymore, she wanted to blast Meru out of existence, she opened her large dragon mouth, Mana started to gather in her mouth, a red ball of light started to form.
Kyle finally snapped out of it, and his eyes widened as he saw what Tohru is about to do, he immediately used his breathing technique and successfully appeared in front of Tohru as his speed already broke the speed of sound.
"Tohru! Stop! Why are you trying to kill her?!" Kyle shouted under the bloodshot eyes of Tohru.
"Kyle! Move aside I'm going to kill that bitch!" She was dead set on exterminating Meru's existence.
Seeing that she didn't listen to her, he sighs. "Sigh...I see you don't want to huh?"
His eyes turned terrifyingly lifeless, as he stared at Tohru's eyes, he continued. "....If that's what you want then… don't blame me for what would happen after...I'm going to loathe you and hate you for this."
He stopped shielding Meru and moved away from her spot, he stared at Tohru with his lifeless eyes. "Now do, what are you waiting for?"
This action of Kyle made her feel afraid, not because he became powerful or something, in fact nothing changed except for the fact that he is staring at her with such eyes.
Tohru lost her intention to kill, as she was now afraid of the way Kyle was looking at her, to her the worst of all is to be loathed and hated by the one she loved the most and this is exactly what happened.
"What? You're not going to continue?" He stared at Tohru with the same location lifeless eyes.
"I-i…" Her huge body started to tremble, she was on the verge of crying, she knew that it's her fault but she lost herself in jealousy. She thought that killing Meru would make everything better however she didn't expect that her beloved would look at her with such eyes.
She unconditionally transformed back to her human form, her eyes were now unlike before that was filled with madness and killing intent, but a pitiful scared expression as she looked at him.
Meru was shocked by this, and because of this she now understands why she feels like a prey before Tohru, it's because she's a genuine dragon!
Because of the tense atmosphere, none of them said anything at all, except Tohru's who was literally crying in tears right now, seeing this pity sight.
Kyle looked at her for a moment, and he sighs deeply, he couldn't bear to look at her crying face, it makes his heart ache at some point this looks like it was his fault but it's clearly her's.
"Tohru..come here." His eyes regained its former light, as he looked at her.
"E-eh…" Tohru hesitated after being called by him, but her hesitation didn't last long because she loved him and that's all it matters.
She dashed toward his location, and tackled him with a tight hug, she buried her face in Kyle's chest and started to cry. "Sniff~ I was scared...of that lifeless eyes that you gave..I thought that you started to loathe me...I was afraid, I'm sorry I'm really sorry I promise I won't do that again... please just don't hate me! Uwaaa!"
"....You promise?"
"Mhm! I promise!"
"Alright, then let's forget everything that happened today...and sigh~ do really have to be necessary to blow up Meru's apartment? Now i have to pay for it..hey Meru's sorry about this!" He glanced at Meru with a wry smile.
Hearing that, Meru came back from reality and replied. "O-oh it's fine..? I guess?"
She doesn't really know what to do with this situation, then suddenly Tohru spoke. "Sniff~ Oh about that sniff~ I can repair it using my magic sniff~"
Her we're still wet from crying, Kyle suddenly realized that one ability of her. "Oh that's right! Then will you? It's your fault in the first place..oh and about people who might have seen this?"
"Sniff- don't worry I can alter their memories."
"Oh! That's convenient, you should really teach me magic!"
"Okay."
"Wait seriously?"
"Mhm..then what about her? Should I alter her memories too?"
Hearing that Meru immediately exclaimed. "No way! I don't want to forget this!"
Kyle nodded and replied. "You heard her, don't alter her memories."
Tohru immediately agreed and she started to repair the half of the floor 69th and at the same time altered the memories of the people who saw her destroy the 69th floor.
