I love Jojo fridays as a once-a-week thing, but the pace on Monster (3-4 eps a week) makes long shows way more fun to follow without dragging. Something like Hunter x Hunter (148 eps) could be awesome in that slot. Long, but it'd actually move fast with the Tier 3 schedule. Shorter 12-24 ep shows feel perfect for Tier 1/2 anyway. Just an idea 🙂

Not that it isn’t a fun ass watch, it just feels a little Disney with its storyline imo. Especially compared to the fun almost thriller mystery vibes with both summertime and heavenly delusions. Not to mention that Tony has been itching for more game-y style shows on the uncle reactions so Shangri-La would be down his alley aswell

2025-09-23 16:31:20 +0000 UTCI second the Hunter x Hunter guy, it's one of the best animes I've ever watched and I'm always surpised as to how it has never made it to these polls yet. Really crazy considering how good it is in all aspects music, visuals, the characters and the story is awesome.
