Whew! Leslie and I did a bunch of yard work today. First time we’ve ever done it for our own house! Haven’t used a pushmower since I was 13, but me and Leslie sure took turns pushing the hell out of it! You know, just a year ago, it was all MUD. Just gross, wet, mud. Lost two pairs of boots and a sock to it. But now, it’s a flush yard full of grass to mow. Never thought we’d be proud owners of a lawn, but here we are.
I never want to push a pushmower ever again.

2021-04-26 08:36:45 +0000 UTCGod like an old manual push mower, or a regular gas/electric type? When I was a kid we had one of those manual ones from the damn 1920s cuz we lived with my grandpa and I hated using that fucker but he wouldn't let my dad buy a modern one because they were "too noisy"
