We're back, baby! And so is Leslie's back! All they needed was some rest and relaxation. Leslie stayed mostly sprawled out on the couch with a copy of Pokemon Yellow for MAXIMUM comfort. Or But when I google hair tie it goes to ponytail holder and when I google hair band it wants to tell me about 80s rock bands ("hair bands"). But hair ties sound pretty close to hair strings so that might work well for you.

For context I'm born in Sweden with an american dad, and spent summers in the US growing up. So English is my first language, but when I finally met americans my own age as a teenager it turned out i have the vocabulary of a man who grew up in the 60s.... (Even though we are marinated in American tv shows). Anyways, finding a word for what in Sweden is called "hair string" was always challenging as a child, and I'm still left with only "scrunchie'. Plz help!
