I think you would definitely enjoy Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex. Badass sci-fi cop show with some mystery and political thriller elements and similar philosophical themes to Bladerunner and the like (plus some banger OST). The original Ghost in the Shell movie (completely separate adaptation of the same source manga) is also an absolute classic, but it's more of a heady arthouse-type flick versus the TV show's action/crime drama focus.
