For English dubbed anime he turned on English CC because otherwise it was using the translated subtitles for the Japanese audio which didn’t 100% match what they were saying in the dub, arcane is in English anyway so yeah the normal subtitles should be fine, unless some people specifically want these ones

A little bit of chaotic energy thrown into the mix. And like someone else in the comments pointed out, her expressions are rather vibrant, even with just the little details.

2024-10-31 20:10:59 +0000 UTCJinx and Silco’s dynamic is so great. Could you imagine him allowing anyone else to act the way Jinx does around him? He completely shut down any of Sevika’s (the woman that we followed into the bar) concerns about her. Jinx could be jeopardizing everything he’s worked for and he’s just like “nah”. He clearly has attached to her as she has to him, and you can understand why when you look at his old relationship with Vander, and how he felt abandoned by him. The parallels are clear but not in your face. Really neat stuff. And Jinx displaying every form of attachment trauma in the book sure is something 😅 at least she has someone to love her for all her flaws the way Silco does… but what part does he love? How much of her worth is still tied to her identity? Find out on the next episode of Dragon Ba— I mean Arcane 😁 Also, I LOVE the way Jinx is animated. From the stylized art when she’s having an episode down to the microexpressions on her face… you can really tell how much they love this character. Her VA really does an amazing job too, making her sound both unhinged and a bit exhausted.

The song that plays during the scene where she's tinkering with music blasting is originally from one of their very first animated music videos starring her. It really blew up for the game (like 150m views, compared to a few million at most of their other cinematics at the time) and I think is a big reason we ended up getting more amazing music/animation stuff from them.
