Damn that character development... The first time I was watching Mob Psycho I thought it was just a superficial parody with a werid art style. Thanks you to reacting to it, I started again... And let me tell you, I was and partly still am exactly like Mob. Like... all emotions sealed away because it's dangerous (not because I destroy everything with psychic powers tho, haha. Rather because of the fear to get destroyed, literally.) And my facial expression in school was similar to Mob's: no expression at all, 24/7 and also just freezing up many many times. This episode made me happy, then it hurt and then it made me happy again. I think the girl did deserve Mob helping her with the ripped apart novel tho, she had an alignment check and chose to acknowledge Mob's choice to care and pick things up that are important to him instead of ignoring him or making fun of him. And she was honest enough to tell him about the dare, she didn't mock him. To be honest... I wasn't able to make this decision in the past... Mob even had some tears in his eyes and allowed some emotion... damn. I'm proud of him. This series hits home in a very personal way.

I believe the composition is from Tatsuya Kitani, same guy that did the first opening for Jujutsu Kaisen S2 (Ao no Sumika, I believe it was your fav Opening song, from S2 at least) and the current OP for Oshi no Ko. I hope it gets a video at some point. Edit: I just realized he's also the composer for this Opening which is my favourite out of the 3. Damn, this guy just makes bangers.
