Totally random but the rabbit eating scene in this always reminds me of something: Thorfinn is malnourished. There's a thing literally called "rabbit starvation" that's probably what Thorfinn is always on the verge of. It's where you're malnourished from only getting protein, and small bits of it at that. Thorfinn doesn't trust the other members enough to eat with them. He always catches his own food, usually rabbits, and cooks it himself with no vegetables. It's why he's so small even though his father was a giant and his mother was taller than average. He'll never reach Thor's size because he scavenged for food through his puberty.
