Mixer Died - Issues with new one

Unfortunately, yesterday my GoXlr audio mixer died yesterday after 4 years of service. I bought a Rode Caster Pro 2 last night after teaching, BUT it wont connect to my pc. So...currently troubleshooting with no luck so far. ATM reactions are paused. This is frustrating and a super expensive problem
