The OST for Part 1: Phantom Blood centered around Jonathan Joestar was done by Hayato Matsuo, Part 2: Battle Tendency centered around Joseph Joestar was done by Taku Iwasaki (I like his Akame ga Kill OST named Le chant de Roma), and lastly from part 3-6 onwards including what you are watching right now is done by Yugo Kanno. Love all of the music though.
