2024-03-05 04:37:50 +0000 UTCThe reason this anime is so smooth with the mechs and such is because it's 3D animation/CGI instead of hand drawn 2D. 3D usually is not rendered in 24 frames which is why it looks so smooth. Also, 3D/CGI has a reputation of not fitting in a lot of anime, but it looks amazing in this one imo.

2024-03-04 23:28:37 +0000 UTC18:40 I think they repeated the whole "why are you fighting for us" again for this character because it was really not clear if he really cared about the 86 or not or if he was just another " judt send the kids idc lol" So it makes sense in this case. It's the show telling us "hey, maybe this character that seemed like a dick in previous episoded is actually on our side"
