hello! as you've surmised, this is indeed from a rhythm game, it's called phigros, and it's one of the newest songs created for the game. as for sakuzyo himself, he is a single individual, and he's been involved in the edm(?) scene since he was about 12. he's actually a very fascinating person to learn about and to listen to; if you ever feel yourself so inclined, i highly recommend listening to 'kronos'! it's another one of my favourite tracks from him and i think you might also really enjoy it.
