6:15 - I believe I heard that before as well. How hugging someone after a certain amount of time has a positive influence. How it changes the chemistry in your brain a little.

Some leakers revealed that it was actually planned to be a split cour (1 season, take a season long break, resume with part 2), but because the production for the anime has been a bit rough, it got pushed back. Could probably get it mid 2024 if that information is accurate, depends on how bad production is really going though.
