Hello, hello! As you might have read in the last dev blog, Banshee has become a cake-baking machine. Yet when I visited her several months ago, I was not welcomed with cake! This abhorrent situation leaves us with only two possibilities: either Banshee is lying about her cakiness, or she is willingly withholding cake from me… Both are equally terrifying.

Banshee did a big goof! Vane timely delivered this dev blog to her on Monday, but she started feeling quite sick, and her feverish mind completely forgot to post it. She will have to bake a humongous number of cakes to earn yours, and Vane's forgiveness. Aside from that, Catherine's rework is going smoothly! Banshee is not dreading working on her for a change (it is actually very refreshing!), and she's taking that as an absolute win.

Vane built has been working on a new, and improved, version of the engine. He’s building it separately to be easily used to start new projects, but he’s stealing all the new cool features and adding them on Rise. That being said, many of the more visual options would look weird if they only showed up at the end of the story, so he’s mainly just importing the improvements to the workflow behind the scenes. Stuff that will make our lives easier and allow for quicker implementation of scenes, which will lead to an increase in productivity!
